Tree Park had been sitting on the market with no traction — the wrong story, the wrong room, and no way for a buyer to feel the life inside it. It needed all four pillars, run as one accountable team.

We re-ran the research, repositioned the product mix, rebuilt the brand from scratch, and opened a phygital experience floor that let buyers walk the villas before a single wall was up — then wired every channel into one integrated sales funnel.

The challenge

A launch that had already stalled.

The product mix didn't match what North Bengaluru buyers were actually asking for, the brand wasn't differentiated from the neighbouring launches, and there was no experience on-site that made the villas feel real before construction caught up.

We re-ran the buyer research, repositioned the product around nature and family life, and rebuilt the brand around that idea. A phygital experience floor — VR walkthroughs, a live inventory wall and a configurator — let buyers commit to a home that wasn't built yet.

Marketing ran across every channel into one funnel, so the sales team could see exactly which lead converted where.
